Retailwise is delighted to welcome Sarah Parekh as our new Client Success & Product Specialist. Sarah brings over 12 years of experience in retail and field operations, with a strong track record in helping teams perform at their best and delivering results that really make a difference.
Sarah’s career began on the shop floor, training teams at Carphone Warehouse, BSH Group, and Indesit Group. It was here that she discovered her love for supporting people, improving performance, and connecting with customers.
She then moved on to Nokia, where she earned the Team of the Year Gold Award, built lasting professional relationships, and strengthened her expertise in brand-led retail.
Her journey continued at Channel Engage, before she stepped into a leadership role as Tactical Manager at Storey over the past four years. In each role, Sarah has focused on delivering tangible results while nurturing teams and building strong, collaborative relationships.
